String of Turtles, aka Peperomia prostrata, is a charming and unique succulent known for its turtle-shell patterned leaves. They look like tiny turtle shells, hence their common name. Native to the rainforests of Brazil, it roots readily and is easy to propagate, though it is exceedingly difficult to find – a must-have for every plant parents collection.
